Refund policy

Nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction!

We have a 30-day exchange/return policy.

To be eligible for a return, you will need your order number and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at swerve@swervesupplyco.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [P.O. BOX 19511 RPO Cranston, Calgary AB, 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product, the fastest way to exchange the item you have is by shipping back the old product, and making a separate purchase for the new item. When we receive the returned item we will give you a full refund for the returned product. 

Alternatively, if you have the time to wait, you can exchange your item by shipping it back to us with a note including what you want in exchange (item name, size, colour etc.) and your contact info (phone number, email). As soon as we receive the return we will exchange and ship you the new product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
